• What platform is the IIRA running on?

  The Workshops and Symposium uses a customized Zoom interface. During the Workshops and Symposium, you will be directed to a stand-alone version of the program, so please make sure you have it installed beforehand. You can download it for free here Zoom Application. During the Symposium we encourage you to use the browser version (preferably on Chrome or Firefox), but if you notice issues, you may always switch to the separate Zoom software.

• I have trouble launching or using the platform.

  Please contact our live IT support. Go to the Contacts section and select the medium most suitable for you.
